As MEL & outreach coordinator, Youssef Kaabi works with youth in underserved communities who are performing capacity building trainings for their peers and ensures that programmatic goals are achieved and that learnings are utilized towards continuous improvement of program activities.

Youssef also works on ensuring the sustainability and networking effort of Youth Mentors within and beyond their communities and is responsible for managing a team of program assistants who support day to day activities in Ma3an across the different Tunisian communities. Youssef has overseen trainings of over 250 youth with different projects in project management, soft skill development, entrepreneurship, and leading civil society activities.

With an academic engineering background and an extensive civil society experience, Youssef combines both the technical aspects needed from a MEL coordinator and the communication skills needed to maintain good relationships with different stakeholders involved in the project, from beneficiaries to funders.
