Tahirih works in the Fashion sector, leading Shoetique. Tahirih is the founder and creator of a footwear company for Honduran women. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, their top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, Tahirih hopes to learn about how to improve their management of resources and identify new opportunities for integrated and strategic community development for their business.
