Fabio works in the Design and Architecture sector, leading as CEO at Noguer Arquitectos, an architecture and construction firm committed to making a sustainable impact throughout the project's development process, considering the environment, suppliers, and the community. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Fabio’s top business challenge is social impact. During his placement, this fellow hopes to learn by adopting Ralph Waldo Emerson’s philosophy: "Everyone I meet is in some way superior to me, and in that way, I learn from that person." Fabio wishes to bring the start-up methodologies and processes he learns to his future ventures, including capitalizing, learning about new technologies, and making ventures stand through time.
