Franco works in the Marketing and Sales sector, leading MS Regalos, an online gift shop, operating as the business administrator and general manager. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Franco’s top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn from the individuals they are working under in all possible areas. Overall, Franco hopes to better understand the direction they are going in and to set corresponding goals before returning home.
