Héctor David works in the Education sector, leading the Do It Learning Center as a professional teacher leading an academy of English, virtually and face-to-face. The business started before the pandemic and transitioned to virtual teaching, creating its own books and system. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, this fellow’s top business challenge is talent development. During the host placement, they hope to understand more about their weaknesses and enhance their vision by working with a U.S. business, enabling them to achieve further success and share this new knowledge with other businesses in Honduras.
