Juliana works in the Community Development sector, leading InovaHouse3D as an engineer working to change the construction industry. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Juliana's top business challenge is law and policy. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn how to professionalize their processes, such as negotiation and pricing, drafting more solid and secure contracts and formatting projects involving intellectual property and technology transfer, and share their personal experience.
