Madeleine works in the Business Services sector at MB Cosmetics BZ. This fellow is a customer service agent, beauty artist, student, owner of a beauty salon, and co-founder of a cosmetic line. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Madeleine’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn about finance and work with others internationally to problem solve and provide high-quality service using their strong organizational and management skills, experience, and educational background.
