Marcela works in the Education sector at Fundación Escuela Taller de Tumaco, leading as a cultural manager in the education and culture sector. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Marcela’s top business challenge is finance. This fellow hopes to improve their management skills during the host placement, learn strategies, gain experience and grow connections with other organizations.
