Marcela works in the Arts and Culture sector at Eme Música (Marcela Vega Management). This fellow is a professional music business manager and concert promoter working to develop the music industry in El Salvador. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Marcela’s top business challenge is law and policy. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to gain knowledge of strategies to create fair deals for artists to strengthen their impact and success internationally.
