Melissa works in the Food and Beverage sector, leading Mecha’s as a developer of alcoholic and non-alcoholic cream products and other beverages. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, their top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to learn how to take the leap into full-time business.
