Rahje works in the Health sector, leading PRAD Radiation Partners Limited. This fellow manages a radiation protection, personal dosimetry, and quality assurance program for radiological equipment. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, the top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, Rahje hopes to learn about effective communication and team buildings strategies; financial and risk management and investment fund pitching; advanced sales and marketing; advanced leadership and management; advanced branding; marketing and sales; and advanced negotiation skills.
