Romano works in the community development sector, leading Night Owl Projects N.V. as a social entrepreneur that constructs creative business models geared toward achieving UN Sustainable Development Goals through communications, education, legal support, and project cycle management. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Romano’s top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, they hope to learn techniques from US businesses that are well known for their strategies in marketing, advertising, and building audiences and/or customers.
