Romina works in the Agriculture and Animal Care sector, leading BIOARANDU (an innovative genomic consulting service company) as a PhD geneticist. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, this fellow’s top business challenge is marketing and sales. During the host placement, they hope to become an effective speaker, gain tools to promote exponential growth without compromising the core values of the business, learn about managing remote teams, and strengthen their marketing plan.
