Rosa works in the Agriculture and Animal Care sector, leading Agropura as an entrepreneur in the organic agriculture and food industry. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Rosa’s top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, Rosa hopes to observe and study methods for a business to become and continue to be successful and looks forward to meeting and building connections with people from different backgrounds, believing that meaningful connections with people are a necessity for learning.
