Saddit works in the Youth Empowerment sector, leading Descubriendo Juntos con Saddit (Discovering Together with Saddit). This fellow is specialized in and passionate about leadership and emotional intelligence topics, offering workshops, retreats, and mentorship to school children, youths, and interested people. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Saddit’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, they hope to benchmark and learn from other organizations in the same field, network with people that have mutual interests to create new ideas and proposals together, and acquire valuable knowledge to improve their organization.
