Sergio works in the Data Analysis and IT sector, leading Paip, a data science company in Bolivia. This fellow is an industrial engineer with over five years of experience. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Sergio’s top business challenge is strategy. During the host placement, they hope to learn how large companies make the most of data, technology, and automation to make decisions, how the data science teams interact within organizations, and how agile methodologies are applied to project management. Sergio wants to democratize and accelerate the transition to digitalization in their region.
