Shacqeel Coleby
Shacqeel works in the Food And Beverage sector, leading Pulpy Artisan Ice Cream. This fellow is an entrepreneur and marketing professional, growing an international franchise brand in the specialty ice cream industry. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Shacqeel's top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, they hope to learn about franchise law and how to manage a franchise system from the franchisor's perspective. In addition, they hope to gain hands-on experience in managing a supply chain, sourcing manufacturers, branding and marketing a franchise, and managing quality control.
