Shenelle works in the Artisan Products sector, leading De Jeunésse Bath & Body. This fellow is pursuing certification as a cosmetic chemist, creating stable, handmade luxury products in their local manufacturing industry. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Shenelle’s top business challenge is scaling and expansion. During the host placement, they hope to develop an entrepreneurial mindset by learning and sharing with others through networking. The fellow would also like advice on systems and processes to improve productivity and efficiency.
