Zaira works in the Arts and Culture sector, leading Red Internacional de Artistas Viva Primavera as a promoter, booker, music educator, and producer. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Zaira’s top business challenge is finance. During the host placement, this fellow hopes to become more knowledgeable about the development of organizational structures and leadership tools and to learn mediation and communication skills, human resources management, and team building.
