As a Youth Leader for Dignity For Children Foundation, Richard Kishore Joseph has experience working closely with the central government, liaising with multiple NGOs while mentoring and teaching stateless and refugee children. For his CSP practicum, Richard collaborated with Youth Crossroads, Inc. in Berwyn, Illinois where he provided organizational support to the Youth Crossroads Counseling Services and Youth Leadership Programs. For his follow-on project in Malaysia, Richard plans to run campaigns in the Rohingya communities, focusing on gender-based bias and its correlation to their socio-economic issues. "
