As a senior manager of programs and operation for Daughters Of Tomorrow, Kaylee, Ruo Zhen Kua has experience working with low-income women to help them overcome the circumstantial barriers in accessing employment opportunities. For dher CSP practicum, Kaylee collaborated with the Center for African Immigrants and Refugees in St. Cloud, Minnesota where she assisted with their partnership with WomenVenture, a program that helps women start their own in-home child care centers. For her follow-on project in Singapore, Kaylee plans to support low-income parents and guardians to work towards achieving self-reliance and social mobility by providing affordable after-hours childcare services.
