As a project coordinator for the Lithuanian Centre for Human Rights, Paulina Dregvaite has experience liaising with local communities to develop methodologies and conduct gender equality-focused education programs for schools. For her CSP practicum, Paulina collaborated with The Network advocating against domestic violence in Chicago, Illinois where she finalized curricula, evaluated trainings, and supported event planning and coordination. For her follow-on project in Lithuania, Paulina plans to develop and implement an effective, national, and long-term program for gender equality education on a national level.
