As the manager of the Social Policy Program for the Association for Democratic Prosperity Zid, Bozina Stesevic has experience in project development and implementation based on social innovation and community-based economy promotion. For his CSP practicum, Bozina collaborated with Mentor Capital Network in Washington, DC where he identified and supported for-profit entrepreneurs and mentors around the world, and assisted in research analysis. For his follow-on project in Montenegro, Bozina plans to develop a research model for measuring social impact in the communities of social enterprises and utilize the research findings as an advocacy tool inform future policymaking.
