As a program manager for the National Coalition for Decentralization, Danijela Radosevic has experience in providing "right on time" support for local grassroots initiatives as well as community based organizations. For her CSP practicum, Danijela collaborated with the Community Foundation of Mendocino County in Ukiah, California where she assisted with project design, implemented the Nonprofit Executive Director Leadership Institute, and worked on partnerships and grant programs. For her follow-on project Serbia, Danijela plans to empower local leaders and activists through leadership and resilence trainings.
