As a coordinator for KızBaşına (Just A Girl), Elifcan Firat has experience leading the community, enabling it to grow, and creating projects and campaigns that will provide solutions to reduce all types of community problems. For her CSP practicum, Elifcan collaborated with ArtTable in New York where she assisted with marketing, social media development, research, planning, and the implementation of ArtTable's programming nationwide. For her follow-on project in Turkey, Elifcan plans to promote equality in working conditions and the importance of the art sector.
