As the head of the Youth Development Program for JAAGO Foundation, Sourav Saha has experience in mobilizing 40,000 youth leaders across Bangladesh in community development activities and implementing the SDGs. For his CSP pracrticum, Sourav collaborated with Over Zero in Washington, DC where he supported a state-focused project on resilience to political violence and identified opportunities to create cross-contextual learning on polarization, division, and dangerous speech. For his follow-on project in Bangladesh, Sourav plans to train youth in civic education and good governance all over the country and make them part of the local decision-making process.
