As a vice principal and a teacher for 13 years for Garpawoong MSS, Ministry of Education, Khem Prasad Thapa has experience leading, creating awareness, providing solutions, and managing issues in the community. For his CSP practicum, Khem collaborated with Peak Potential Academy in Bozeman, Montana where he contributed to the school administration and culture, helped with teacher training, and directly assisted in the classroom. For his follow-on project in Bhutan, Khem plans to initiate a student-led environmental awareness and conservation program utilizing a social entrepreneurship approach.
