IREX's Vice President for Global Human Resources is responsible for leading IREX’s overall human resources strategy formulation, design, and implementation for more than 600 staff worldwide.

They bring to this role more than three decades of human resources experience in the private and nonprofit sector, including leading the human resources portfolio at a major global nonprofit focused on human rights and dignity. In addition to living and travelling extensively in four regions, they have managed program start-ups and implementation in the field. 

They hold degrees in business, finance, and management, and master’s degrees in human resource management, and industrial and organizational psychology – from three regions.

They also hold senior professional certifications from the Society for Human Resource Management, and Human Resource Standards Institute.
