Bianca works in the consulting sector as the Founder and CEO of Grifa. For third-sector organizations in Brazil that are looking for financial stability, Grifa is a crowdfunding and educational platform that helps its clients develop professionally and achieve their goals in a way that aligns with their needs, regardless of the size of the organization. Bianca aims for Grifa to be financially sustainable in the short term without depending on external investments and ultimately to be a key partner in the professionalization of the third sector in Brazil. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Bianca’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion. More specifically, they want to increase Grifa’s revenue by recruiting new clients. During the Fellowship Placement, Bianca hopes to gain knowledge from a company that has already overcome challenges to achieve its triple bottom line.
