Camila works in the business services sector as the Growth Manager of The Female Boss. For female entrepreneurs looking to build long-term sustainable businesses, The Female Boss is an education provider that offers workshops and coaching sessions that give its clients a community where they can feel supported and learn that it is possible to create a business aligned with their lifestyles. In the short term, Camila aims to create a digital platform so more female entrepreneurs can access the company’s services. Ultimately, the fellow's long-term objective is to inspire a Latin American community that supports female entrepreneurs and provides financial independence to female victims of domestic violence through scholarships. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Izquierdo’s top priority is Scaling and Expansion. More specifically, they wish to grow the company so it can reach more women with its services. During the Fellowship Placement, Izquierdo hopes to gain knowledge from more experienced people as well as to share knowledge with peers.
