For adventure lovers of any age looking to experience the marine life of Saint Vincent and the Grenadines, Siteseeing with Cass is a water sports tour operator that offers unique transparent kayaking services, allowing both swimmers and non-swimmers to view beneath the water’s surface. Cassie-Anne aims to increase the company’s profits and expand its operational fleet in the short term and ultimately increase brand recognition and expand into new geographical markets. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Cassie-Anne’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion. More specifically, marine laws and policies limit the business's ability to achieve growth. During their Fellowship Placement, Cassie-Anne hopes to gain knowledge of various marketing and finance management methods that they can adopt and adjust to fit their business model.
