For Aruban females aged twenty-four to forty-five looking for high-quality stationery, Paper Sisters is a retail company that provides exclusive stationery of impeccable quality. Julissa aims to inspire, motivate, and empower customers through the company's products in the short term and ultimately for the company to be the leading bookstore cafe on the island. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Julissa’s top business challenge is Finance. More specifically, Julissa wants to achieve continual re-investment in the business so it can expand to many branches.
