Lorena works in the career guidance sector as the Founder of Aurora. For Brazilian youth seeking informed decision-making for their career, Aurora offers a career counseling service that helps them join the job market or university with more awareness of their career objectives. Lorena aims to consolidate the program and scale it across the country in the short term. Ultimately, they want it to become the leading career counseling platform in the country and Latin America. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Lorena’s top business challenge is Marketing and Sales. More specifically, the fellow would like to understand how to package the product and measure its impact. During the Fellowship Placement, Lorena hopes to gain experience and learn how to operate a business that aims to positively impact society and achieve scale while being sustainable.
