Lyndon’s short-term goal for Benmo Sales is to establish new partnerships with international distributors. Ultimately, Lyndon’s long-term vision for Benmo Sales is to become the leading supplier of freshly grown agricultural produce and maintain strong relationships with global suppliers. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Lyndon’s top business challenge is Strategy. The dynamic nature of the business necessitates setting and maintaining goals. During the Fellowship Placement, Lyndon hopes to learn more about exporting agricultural commodities and mitigating the risks involved.
