Stephanie works in the energy and environment sector as the Managing Director of Stezo Electric Solutions. For eco-friendly locals and tourists looking for alternative forms of transportation, Stezo Electric Solutions provides a sustainable and environmentally friendly way to commute and explore Aruba, contributing to making the community healthier by producing zero emissions. Stephanie’s short-term goal is to finalize plans regarding the prizes won from the government of Aruba, Qredits Microfinanciering, and Aruba Tourism Authority. Their long-term goal is to help create a safe, bike-friendly community. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Stephanie’s top business challenge is Scaling and Expansion, as a lack of funding has delayed many of the original plans. During the Fellowship Placement, Stephanie hopes to expand her knowledge of and gain new valuable insight into greener forms of transportation.
