Telor works in the business services sector as the CEO of Red Level Agency (fka TRWE Consulting). Red Level Agency is a marketing, marketing tech, cybersecurity, AR, and VR company that helps small to large businesses, government agencies, and communities develop their presence and thrive in digital spaces through social media and website and online store creation. Red Level Agency plans to transition into providing tech solutions for community management and medical support in critical areas with little to no tech infrastructure in Jamaica. Telor aims to create strong, adaptable tech solutions for target audiences’ needs in the short term and ultimately establish the company as the premier technology solutions provider in the Caribbean, driving transformative innovation and empowering businesses across the region. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Telor’s top business challenge is Finance, more specifically, navigating a landscape where digital transformation is still in its infancy, compounded by limited funding opportunities and a deficiency in robust infrastructure support. During the Fellowship Placement, Telor hopes to gain knowledge and is eager to acquire insights and strategies in areas including capital generation in the growth phase, crafting global alliances for expansion and honing personnel management and leadership skills.
