Tirshatha’s short-term goal is to help the company’s clients produce clear, effective documents to reach their business objectives or individual goals. Their long-term vision is for the company to be top-of-mind for clients needing writing or editing assistance by providing personalized products and services. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Tirshatha’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they want to scale the company’s operations to maintain high-quality service for clients as it expands its client base and increases its product and service offerings. During the Fellowship Placement, Tirshatha hopes to gain experience and knowledge that will enable them to grow the company and effectively run a service-based business in the digital space.
