Eduardo works in the business services sector as the CEO of One World Marketing Solutions. For entrepreneurs, coffee producers, and government institutions in Latin America who want to promote their brands in the United States through tradeshows, One World Marketing Solutions is a display furniture company that helps businesses find the best trade shows for their visions and needs, designs booths, finds suppliers, and attends the trade shows to ensure the booths are running smoothly. Eduardo's short-term goal is to increase sales, create jobs, and contribute to El Salvador's economic growth. Their long-term vision is to expand the company into three separate divisions—trade show, display furniture, and brand agency—and to work with big brands as well as small businesses. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Eduardo's top business challenge is Marketing & Sales. More specifically, they want to improve their entrepreneurial, management, mentoring, and administration skills. During the Fellowship Placement, Eduardo hopes to develop these skills and learn how to use them to contribute to economic growth in El Salvador.
