Dwayne works in the community development sector as the Executive Director of Simple Support Inc. For working professionals between thirty and sixty who are likely to donate and support worthy causes, Simple Support Inc. is a community assistance and hunger alleviation mobile application that provides a platform to support citizens in need and build up communities by collecting donations for various causes and helping people team together to help in the community. Dwayne's short-term goal is to provide food vouchers to people who are economically disadvantaged. Their long-term vision is to serve as a philanthropic hub to drive positive change in communities in the Caribbean. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Dwayne's top business challenge is Social Impact. More specifically, they want to develop an effective strategy that resonates with communities. During the Fellowship Placement, Dwayne hopes to understand the balance between income generation, social impact, and administrative expenses.
