Federico Barros Vito
Federico works in the electronics and technology sector as the CPO of Pago TIC. For sports and social clubs, government departments, educational institutes, NGOs, and utilities companies that want to simplify their financial transactions, Pago TIC is a fintech company that helps clients that have been left out of the mainstream payments market due to reliance on old technology or a lack of business finesse by offering a way to obtain market interest by centralizing and connecting with other businesses. Federico's short-term goal is to digitize the institutional market to align it with the retail market. Their long-term goal is to advance the process of payment processing becoming a commodity so the company can offer payment solutions to all its customers. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Federico's top business challenge is Law & Policy. More specifically, they would like to resolve tax and regulation issues. During the Fellowship Placement, Federico hopes to gain knowledge and insight into the US market and possibly initiate a joint venture.
