Federico works in the energy and environment sector as the Partnerships Manager and Founder of Energía Vectorial. For private individuals, delivery companies, and public transportation companies, Energía Vectorial is an electrified vehicle conversion company that converts old vehicles to electric, resulting in reductions in fuel costs of up to sixty-five percent and operating costs of up to sixty percent. Federico’s short-term goal is to establish B2B production for truck conversions. Their long-term vision is to make Energía Vectorial the primary sustainable mobility company in Latam, providing customers with a cost-effective and positive environmental impact solution. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Federico’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they aim to establish international relationships with US providers of electric components. During the Fellowship Placement, Federico hopes to gain exposure and market understanding and establish a partnership with organizations such as Netgain, Orion BMS, and SEA Electric.
