Bautista works in the energy and environment sector as the Co-Founder and CEO of CIRCCLO. For fast-moving consumer goods brands looking to reduce reliance on single-use disposables, CIRCCLO is a technology-based company that collaborates with brands to facilitate circular system design through digitizing returnables and helping keep reusable packaging in circulation, thus improving the brand's finances, operations, and connection with the end customer. Bautista aims to raise capital for the company's seed round in the short term and ultimately aims to maximize the lifespan of reusable packaging while offering accessibility and convenience. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Bautista’s top business challenge is Finance. More specifically, they wish to raise capital to continue building the company’s technology and teams and generating impact on more brands and users in Latin America. During the Fellowship Placement, Bautista hopes to gain knowledge, mentoring, and advice and looks forward to meeting like-minded people who seek to make the world a better place.
