Diego works in the electronics and technology sector as the CTO of FORZA Laser. For artisans, mainly women, looking for tools to improve their creativity and skill in product creation, FORZA Laser is a machinery and manufacturing company that offers tools to decrease manufacturing times. Diego’s short-term goal is to be a leader in manufacturing laser CNC for entrepreneurs in Latin America. Their long-term vision is to become the global standard in creating tools that allow entrepreneurs to exploit their creativity in manufacturing products fully. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Diego’s top business challenge is Scaling & Expansion. More specifically, they want to grow the company in Latin America. During the Fellowship Placement, Diego hopes to learn more about managing a large company and the challenges in growth and expansion.
