Shellon works in the data analysis and IT sector as the Owner and Creative Director of SL Printing and Stationery. For businesses, students, school teachers, non-profit organizations, and government agencies, SL Printing and Stationery is a printing and stationery store that offers printing services and school and office supplies in addition to graphic design and printing for logos, flyers, brochures, banners, business cards, trophies, and school and marketing materials. The company also improves the lives of community residents by performing philanthropic deeds, such as sponsoring local sporting events, donating annually to school graduations and prize giving ceremonies, and providing assistance to students in need. Shellon aims to establish a seamless production workflow for improved management of day-to-day operations in the short term and ultimately to make the company the premier provider of digital designs, printing services, and stationery supplies within the region and the local online market. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Shellon’s top business challenge is Operations, specifically optimizing production workflow. During the Fellowship Placement, Shellon hopes to gain knowledge and enhance their understanding of effective program management, strategic planning, and communication strategies. They also wish to acquire practical experience working with various printing technologies.
