As the Project Coordinator for Women’s Affairs Organization, Adeem has experience in empowering women through digital platforms, and community advocacy for individuals with disabilities. For her practicum, Adeem collaborated with Polished Pebbles in Chicago, where she successfully collaborated with the team to host and implement strategies for global career conferences. Adeem seeks to support young girls in Gaza on a Path to Empowerment; and to Empower adolescent girls in high schools by providing them with a comprehensive 21st-century skill guide, so they may maintain a positive view of their future careers in university.
