As the executive director of Involúcrate, Emerson Darío Salguero González has experience managing projects for youth and political activities, fundraising, and monitoring and analyzing various projects. For his CSP Practicum, Emerson was placed at Jacob A. Riis Neighborhood Settlement in Long Island City, New York where he worked on the early stages of implementation of the new strategic plan, focusing particularly on enhancing and deepening community engagement work. For his follow-on project in Guatemala, Emerson plans to share his experience on social networks and organize his team to start a new project.
