As a program manager for Organizata Kosovare për Talent dhe Arsim, Hatixhe Zeka-Konjufca has experience designing and implementing programs related to education, community mobilization in marginalized areas, and volunteering. For her CSP Practicum, Hatixhe was placed at North Star Civic Foundation in Portland, Oregon where she engaged in research, project management, planning and hosting events, and participant interviews. For her follow-on project in Kosovo, Hatixhe plans to implement a sustainability strategy to enable a long-term volunteering platform for marginalized communities.
