As a certified outreach volunteer for the United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees (UNHCR) at the West African Refugee Community Malaysia, Ibrahima Cisse has experience in community leadership and management, including assisting refugees with UNHCR processes and advocating for education and employment. For his CSP Practicum, Ibrahima was placed at Algiers Economic Development Foundation in New Orleans, Louisiana where he performed a comprehensive program design and evaluation for the Algiers career and educational development program. For his follow-on project, Ibrahima plans on designing a framework to highlight youth access to education and employment with a focus on refugee and underserved communities.
