As coordinator of the Family First program in Jerusalem for Paamonim, Lujain Zaidoun Subhi has experience assimilating innovative concepts and practices, establishing networks, building cooperation, and making adjustments to ensure maximum effectiveness of the program. For her CSP Practicum, Lujain was placed at Jimmy and Rosalynn Carter School of Peace and Conflict Resolution at George Mason University in Fairfax, Virginia where she was engaged in research and practical work to provide tools for peacebuilding. For her follow-on project in West Bank/Palestinian Territories, Lujain plans to adjust the ideas learned to my community, suggest solutions to local issues, and and introduce new practices to extend the influence and effectiveness of existing programs.
