Laysa works in the communications sector as the CEO and Founder of VOICE. For upper middle to upper class clients in Guatemala seeking help with awareness and public perception of their companies or projects, VOICE is a communication and public relations (PR) company that is well connected to the media in Guatemala and has a team that can handle modern communication and social media tools. The company understands the tools and new elements that organizations require to be present in the digital public sphere and helps its clients gain a wider public audience and a better relationship with them. Laysa aims to have at least six new annual contracts in the short term and ultimately to export their company's communications and PR services to other countries, such as Mexico and the United States. Coming into the YLAI Fellowship, Laysa’s top business challenge is Marketing & Sales.
